Stefan Richter is a seasoned product and technology leader with over a decade of experience in building and scaling successful startups across diverse domains, including eCommerce, Marketplaces, FinTech, and HealthTech.
Today, Stefan leverages his 0 to 1 and transformation expertise to assist startup founders, CEOs, and product leaders in crafting customer-centric products and enhancing their product organizations.
Previously, as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at instamotion, a Series B startup in Munich revolutionizing the used car market, Stefan restructured and rebuilt the P&E department, drove the company’s eCommerce customer journey and led multiple product and tech teams.
Before joining instamotion, Stefan played a pivotal role at Stryber, Europe’s leading strategic corporate venture builder. During his tenure, Stefan held various leadership positions, including CPO, Venture Director, and interim CTO. He contributed significantly to Stryber’s growth from five to a 100 employees, spearheading the launch of over 20 digital business models across fintech, eCommerce, and digital health. Notably, startups such as WePractice and Snäx originated under his leadership.
