For over a decade, I have been guiding startups to success through customer-focused product management, modern leadership, and a deep understanding of technology. I had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most inspiring startup founders and management peers.
Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand the transformative impact strong leadership can have in startups. I have gained invaluable experience building, leading, and coaching teams of product managers, engineers, and designers. Additionally, I discovered the hard way how crucial it is to lay a strong technological foundation and crystal-clear company values from the very beginning.
In addition to my roles as a CPO and CTO, I have been involved in the launch of over 25 startups across a range of industries, including eCommerce, FinTech, and Digital Health. These experiences have given me unique insights into different business models and the frameworks and methodologies that can make the early startup process more efficient.
